Love Club credits & VIP membership

When you take out VIP Membership Auto-Renewal is enabled by default - as detailed on the payment page. For all credit card payments you will be automatically billed for the next month when your account is due to expire with 2 or less days credit remaining. This will ensure continuous access to your VIP Membership and will ensure that you continue to receive the membership discount appropriate to the duration you have selected.

You may disable the Auto-Renewal feature clicking the 'Account Settings' icon located in the summary bar at the top of your profile page. On the left-side menu, select 'Payments'. Next to 'Automatic Renewals', press 'Manage' and then un-check 'Renew' next to the membership you wish to. Select 'Save' to update your auto-renewal settings.

It may take up to 3 working days for the BPAY transfer to come through to us and your account membership to be upgraded. For further assistance, please contact our support team by selecting 'Contact Us' via the 'Help & Information' link in your profile menu.

Mail may take up to 7 business days to be delivered to us. Your payment will be processed within 1 business day once we receive a cheque or money order from you. As mail is forwarded from our PO BOX to our processing centre, please allow an extra 1-3 business days for payment processing to take place. Your payment will be processed within 1 business day once we receive your cheque or money order.

Information to include

  • Payment amount, e.g. '$72.00'.
  • Products requested, e.g '12 Credits'.

  • Name of the website, i.e. Theloveclub.com.au.

Once your cheque or money order has been received by our processing centre, accounts are generally upgraded withing one business day.

The name displayed on your bank statement is: TLC Online Service Pty Ltd.

No credit card information is not stored on our servers. Credit card processing is handled by The Commonwealth Bank via their secure e-commerce gateway.

For Visa, Visa pre-paid & Visa debit cards as well as Mastercards, the CCV is a three-digit number on the back of your card. The full credit card number is re-printed in the signature box and at the end of the number is the CCV.

For American Express Cards, the CCV is a four-digit number on the front of the card above the credit card number on either the right or left side of your American Express card.

From time to time we run promotions for our members offering discounts on credit packages and VIP memberships. Be sure to check the members home page on a regular basis to be alerted to these promotions.

At this time we are unable to offer PayPal payments. Please refer to our help topic on acceptable forms of payment.

It's free to Join The Love Club and there are a large range of features available to members without having to make a payment. However, by purchasing credits you unlock features that make your search for other singles a lot easier. Credits allow you to communicate with other potential dates to suss out whether they meet your criteria or not. BPAY payments are unable to be automatically renewed. Auto renewal may only be applied to credit card payments.
