Before proceeding it’s worthwhile noting that if you decide to change the email address associated with your account you will be asked to verify your account again. To ensure your account remains secure we will also ask you to submit your password before updating it.

Change your email address by selecting the 'Account Settings' icon. On the left-side menu, select 'Account' where you have the option to 'Update your email address'. You will be prompted to enter your password to confirm your identity. Ensure you select 'Save' to ensure your settings are updated.

Auto-renewals are set up by default when you create your VIP Club Membership to ensure that your site access remains uninterrupted (unless you tell us otherwise).

As a VIP Club Member, you may disable automatic renewal payments by clicking the 'Account Settings' icon located in your profile summary bar at the top of your profile page. On the left-side menu, select 'Payments'. Next to ‘Automatic Renewals’, select 'Manage' , then uncheck 'Renew' next to the membership you wish to turn off. Select 'Save'.

A range of payment options are available for purchasing credits or VIP Club Membership - including; Credit Card, BPAY, Cheque & Money Order. For further information or to make a payment click the 'Account Settings' icon located in your profile summary bar at the top of your profile page. On the left-side menu, select 'Payments', then select your existing membership where you will be presented with options to upgrade your account as well as the various payment options available.

To re-set your password, select 'Forgotten password?' from the sign-in page and enter your email address. We will email you a request to reset your password. Alternatively, you may sign-in via your Facebook page.

Depending on your email service provider, The Love Club emails may occasionally get blocked. If you don’t receive our email to re-set your password, first check your spam folder. If you don’t see the email in your spam folder, in most cases, it should be as easy as adding no-reply@theloveclub.com.au to your ‘Safe-Senders’ list.

Unsubscribe from emails and update your email preferences by visiting account settings. Select the 'Account Settings' icon located in the summary bar at the top of your profile page. On the left-side menu, select 'Notifications'. To edit your preferences, check or un-check the notification you wish to change and select 'Save' once completed.
